The core socialist values have both inherited and promoted the traditional Chinese culture in that they are entrusted with new connotation of times in terms of the national, social and individual perspectives. To inherit and promote the traditional Chinese culture goes together with the cultivating and practice of the core socialist values. It requires us to comply with the dialectical unity of being traditional and modern, international and national, dominant and diverse to cultivate and practice the core socialist values.
