The establishment of Qingshan District due to the construction the Wuhan Iron and Steel Company. In Qingshan District, a speech community and the Wanguanzi accent were appeared after large amount of immigrants came. Our case studies of the Wanguanzi accent which is descripted and analysised is based on the Speech community theory, the Social network and the Koine theory. A total of six parts:1, Introduction; introduced the relevant research in the field review, the causes and significance of this paper, and the main research method introduced; 2, The Qingshan District and the Wanguanzi accent:Peak District history, geographic scope, social fact sheets, use of relevant elements of the theory of speech community to establish the Qingshan speech community, in conjunction with the social network theory Qingshan speech community finds its social and historical conditions of social networks, and social networks in this article is based on social surveys and language survey; 3, The study of the Wanguanzi accent:the Wanguanzi accent in phonetic description, the pronunciations and vocabulary of" Wanguanzi accent" relations with Mandarin, Wuhan dialect, the dialect of Anshan; 4, The Wanguanzi accent because the process of Koine:the nature of the Wanguanzi accent is Koine,Level of each dialect in Qingshan speech community, because the theory of Koine, the use of the Wanguanzi accent intergenerational differences, the Wanguanzi accent Koine stage,both of social and identity,the change model and diffusion model of the Wanguanzi accent; 5 The analysis of the generation and the demise of the Wanguanzi accent:Each language is divided into internal factors and social factors outside of two parts; 6, Conclusions.
