Charitable donation is a kind of prosocial behavior that bestowals money or property to others or organizations voluntarily. However, our country is an ancient civilization with a long history, facing the problems of weak charity culture atmosphere and low public participation. In the face of the construction of harmonious society, individual charitable donations will be over by the shallow and deep process, the reasons mechanism of it is also more and more complex, charitable donations attribution becomes the focus of attention. Weiner (1980) according to the theory of the underlying motivations before implementation of generosity, would consider recipients reason in need of help, and for certain cognitive inference, this is greatly affected by the situation of the role, many studies have shown that across situation cognitive attribution and behavior of the individual is different. In addition, this process also will be affected by individual inherent beliefs, motivation, emotion, value orientation and so on many factors, in turn, promote or an adverse effect on subsequent behavior. And the youth is in the critical period of forming self-awareness ability, the main body and the values, through education and guidance to them to make them form the correct understanding of charitable donations, form good values and better enhance their charitable consciousness, improve their charity behavior of participation.This study by setting different charitable giving young people under the situation to across the specific inspection situation attribution characteristics and effect mechanism. Research results show that:(1) under different situations, youth charity behavior attribution of different and have different influence on the subsequent donation behavior. In an emergency, the public and emergency situations, more tend to donate behavior due to external situation; While facing the emergency, anonymous and emergency situations, anonymous participants tend to make internal attribution. Teenagers in an emergency situation donation behavior is less than the emergency situation; Public situation less than anonymous donations situation; Emergency situation of anonymous donations than public emergency situation. (2) the attribution of mediate effect to external and internal psychological behavior of organic together, play an important role in the process of cognitive judgment, faced the situation is too complicated, but if the individual is likely to increase the cognitive load, caused the disappearance of the attribution of intermediary role. (3) makes charitable donations in adolescent line process, situation and faith are the important factors that affect the subjects cognition judgment, situation in the process had a regulating intermediary effect, and has important influence on subsequent donation behavior; But from cognition to action are not under the value orientation of the process of adjustment.
