Guiguzi is the only theoretical writing which about Political Strategists spread until now. It was written by Guiguizi who livng in in the Warring States Period. Its contents are open and close, reaction, key, remedy, butter up, contrary or meet, guss, Mo, judge, strategy, invaluable advice, Ben jin yin fu and so on. The book is talk about politica, lobbying and strategy, guidance and health. In particulary, it absorpted the philosophy of Taoist flexibility in the use of the above aspects. To study the relationship among Guiguzi, Taists, Taoism, this paper discusses the following problems.In the part of introduction, the paper outlined the research status of Guiguzi and his book, the Taoism and Taoist thoughts in Guiguzi, the links between Guiguzi and Taoism. And pointed out the innovation and breakthrough in the research content and research materials.Chapter1is about text analysis of Guiguzi. At first,the paper introduced the notes and version of Guiguzi, the present situation of the missing parts. Secondly pointed out that Guiguzi was lining in the Warring States period, and his book is also existence. Finally introduced the main content of Guiguzi.In Chapter2, the paper analysed the Taoist philosophy system in Guiguzi. From the Tao theory aspect, the book thinks "Tao" is the origin of the universe which is no shape, no name. Tao that follows nature,was very methodical and detail oriented to a point of extreme and let things take their own course. From the dialectic aspect, the book make the point based on Yin and Yang, and Everything in the world is a unity of opposites. And from the epistemology aspect, the world is knowable and people should keep a quiet and peaceful state. The ideal personality of this book is Omniscient and omnipotent.In Chapter3, the object of study is nurture ideas in Ben jing Yin fu. First, getting moral character is the most important thing to keep health. Then the paper introduced how to learn the adjustment psychology gradually. Finally, it described the way to keep health with the principles of bionic engineering.Chapter4is about the main relationship between Guiguzi and Taosim. From Jin dynasty to the Republic of China, Taoist exaggerated Guiguzi’s ability Taoist exaggerated his ability. Through various of local customs records and epigraphy, the paper showed folk Guiguzi beliefs. Many necromancer and alchemist look on him as a founder of their occupation. The reason why Guiguzi became a supernatural being is there are abundant in his theory of Taoism, historical background of social development, Personal factorsof Guiguzi and the Misleading authoritative literature are also the reasons.This research method is literature research, comparative research and the method of theory and practice. The paper has the innovation in the research content and research materials. It made up the deficiencies of previous studies, studing on the relationship of Guiguzi,Taoism,Taoist philosophy thought. So that to understand the intellectuals and the lower level populace’s religious on Guiguzi more fully.
