The system of this article depends on the object of Sion-Japan envoysdispatch.The defined time of this article is1368-1549.During this period Sion-Japanrelationship expands around tributary diplomacy context. Early period in the MingDynasty Ming Taizu was Initiative to establish diplomatic relations with Japan.Butlately the Sino-Japanese relationship was severed.During Jianwen period the MingDynasty restore contacts with Japan. During Yongle period the Ashikaga shogunaterender tribute to the Ming government and Japan was incorporated into the tributarysystem of the Ming governmen.After xuande period Sion-Japan tributary systembecame gradually stabilized.Until1549Qian Mingchuan which is sent by Daneishiback to japan, Sion-Japan tributary Relationship was over. Sion-Japan envoysdispatch system during the Ming Dynasty based on this relationship. This paperdiscusses through the following five parts.The first part is an introduction,which includes the significance of this topic, theresearch situation of Chinese and Japanese scholars, the related historical materials ofChina and Japan,the research significance and research method,etc.The second part introduce the Sion-Japan envoys selection system during thisperiod and research the reason of the Sion-Japan envoys dispatch. As a member of itsofficials system Sion-Japan,the selection of the Sion-Japan envoys has its own system.The Chinese envoys which were sent to Japan mostly were selected from theorganization which is in charge of foreign affairs and maintains foreign policies,suchas libu,xingrensi,honglusi, etc.The others will be select from the civil servicesystem.According to the needs of mission the envoys will also be selected from localcivil service system.But they all constraints in the official system. Affected by thepolitical situation at that time,the Japanese envoys which were sent to china wereselected from the Zen monks of Wushanshicha. No matter select from whichinstitution selected envoys must accord with certain elective standards.The third part mainly introduces the preparatory system of the Sion-Japanenvoys during this period,which includes the customization of summons by theemperor, receive goods, the configuration of the envoys and the mission line. This is aconcentrated embodiment of etiquette in foreign communication。The fourth part mainly introduces the reception system of the Sion-Japan envoysduring this period. From the reception mechanism into the reception etiquette were allstipulated by the etiquette. During the reception process of the Sion-Japan through thecourtesy the differences of grading was reflected thoroughly.The last part is the conclusion. This paper introduces the system of the selectionof the Sion-Japan envoys, the preparatory of the Sion-Japan envoys, the receptionsystem of the Sion-Japan envoys.Through this get a complete picture of the wholeprocess of envoys dispatch system during Hong Wu period and Jia Jing period in theMing Dynasty.Within the scoped of the present article during the association processwith Japan the Ming Dynasty never put Japan in its own equal position,instead of thatit treat Japan just as a tributary of the barbarous nations. During the reception processand the reception system of the Sion-Japan and through the courtesy the differences ofgrading was reflected thoroughly. Thereafter in sino Japanese relations Japan neverconnect with China as a tributary of the barbarous nations. the courtesy of the envoysdispatch system also never show the difference.
