Compared with the Written Chinese,the Spoken Chinese has always been theweak aspect of the Chinese study.The essay focuses on the discourse marker“De-le”.Under the theory of discourse marker,the essay gives a systematic andpragmatic analyzation on “De-le” and its relevant variants.ChapterⅠintroduces the conception of discourse marker,and gives a generaldescription on its research situation at home and abroad.ChapterⅡclears the research object,and defines “De-le”and its variants that theyare discourse markers.Chapter Ⅲ is the key section.Based on a large of corpus,we gives acomprehensive discussion on “De-le”and its variants.It contains that the three kinds ofpragmatic model、the two kinds of pragmatic function、its subjective and proceduralpragmatic meaning and its pragmatic condition based on the Politeness Principle.In order to have a good understanding of “De-le”,in Chapter Ⅳ we make acomparison with “Suan-le”,which has lots of similarity with “De-le”.we comparethem on their meaning and their choice on the subject.In the end,we make a summary and point out the defect about our study.
