Human use genetic intervention to enhance their immunity, appearance, muscle tissue, extend the service life of their own, and increase the ability of human to an abnormal level. Because the technique does not have the need for medical treatment, it can lead to negative consequences of social ethics. Gene enhanced can effectively avoid some defects, bring human disease treatment revolution, but also there are some uncontrollable factors. The idea can be understood that human want themselves or their children to become more powerful, but it may also damage the interests of others, undermining social fairness and justice, and lead to social disharmony. How to survive if human do not accept genetic enhancements in this dog-eat-dog society environment? And how to talk about justice! We can’t imagine what a cruel society it will be! Gene technology as a kind of high and new technology, in the process of intervention in the human body, there are many unknown, uncertain factors. With the research and application of gene technology, the ability to make up for the defects and improve at the same time, also causes the human to its ethical concerns, as well as the issues for maintaining human dignity and fairness. Facing the ethical challenges of gene technology, we need ethical introspection about how to promote ethical norm and system arrangement, integrate humanistic care to the technical process, and finally agree in the whole society moral consensus.
