With the deepening of the study abroad college and school belonging continuous development, the general sense of belonging to the school from college with a sense of self-worth to use interpersonal field research has become an important issue. Sense of self, a sense of self-worth is to become the person you want to be, the ability to feel self ability to achieve success is the ability to feel what’s ability to successfully complete the tasks. The level of self-esteem can lead to self-confident enough to complete the desired task. Relationships between people refers to obey, after mutual exchanges, because the behavior, emotions, and thoughts turn to each other appears another, competition, cooperation, excluded, and so attract this kind of interaction. Currently no college school belonging, a sense of self-worth and interpersonal systems research status. In this study, college students from the school a sense of belonging, a sense of self-worth and interpersonal relationships start with the status quo, they explore the relationship between each other, examine the college school belonging, a sense of self-worth and interpersonal basic situation, in order to be able to contemporary college students in psychology consulting and counseling among schools provide a good sense of belonging. self-esteem and interpersonal status of measuring instruments for undergraduate college students school belonging, a sense of self-worth and interpersonal issues related to providing effective counseling help.This paper uses the literature analysis, questionnaire survey, data analysis and other methods, discusses the differences of current college students in China in the sense of school belonging, self-esteem and interpersonal relationship of gender, professional, students, family education style and grade shown. On the basis of previous related research, summarizes the University School sense of belonging, self-worth scale and interpersonal relationship table. Through to theEast China university of Rolityical Science and Law,University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai Institute of Visual Art,Shanghai Publishing and Printing College,Sanda University, the five schools in500randomly selected students were difference adjustment. Main research conclusions of the test are as follows:(1) College students’school belonging showed significant difference on several demographic variablesin gender, grade and school type:girls’school belonging is significantly higher than boys; Different grade students on the school belonging of score difference to be markedly, with the increase of grade, college students’sense of belonging is reduced; Different school students in the school belonging of the difference was statistically significant, to a key university was the highest score, the common university scoring second, the minimum score of higher vocational college. College students’ school belonging had no significant difference on scores in students and subject type of the two variables.(2)College students’ self-worth showed significant difference on several demographic variables in gender, grade and school type:girls’ self-worth is significantly higher than boys; Grade three students score difference is obvious in the self-worth, self-worth scored the highest grade, grade one students second, third grade students scored lowest; College students’ self-worth in a key university was the highest score, the common university scoring second, the minimum score of higher vocational college. College students’ self-worth had no significant difference on scores in students and subject type of the two variables.(3)College students’ interpersonal relationship is not affected by gender, different kinds of students, different subjects and different grade and school type, the influence of college students’ interpersonal problems scoring in these demographic variable differences were not significant.(4) College students sense of school belonging, interpersonal skills and sense of self existence of internal relations. Chinese college students’ self-worth and interpersonal relationship and school belonging has the following relationship:self-worth and school belonging were positively correlated, self-worth negative correlation with interpersonal relationships, school belonging negative correlation with interpersonal relationships. Since the self-worth and interpersonal relationships of college students can significantly predict their school belonging.
