Research On Ethics Problem Of Internet Of Things

The IOT industry has become a major industry in emerging the world economic growth. The IOT industry is China’s response to the current international economic crisis’affect while maintaining its economic development, as well as the inevitable choice to build modern industrial system and enhance the industry’s core competitiveness, achieving sustainable economic and social development. Since August2009, Premier Wen Jiabao put forward the "Feel China"[1], the IOT industry is officially listed as a national top five emerging strategic industries written in "Government Work Report"[2], then IOT in China got great concern by the whole society[3], marking the IOT industry has been upgraded to the national strategic level.The rapid development of IOT technology brings about major changes in people’s lives, which impact is greater than the Internet [4]. Development boom of IOT not only bring convenience to social progress and human life, but also brings ethical problems. With the usefulness and usability of IOT become increasingly obvious, the IOT would lead great changes to people, and objects and even change the entire social ethics while bring human social life to a whole new stage. Therefore, the research and analysis of the IOT relationship is imperative.This paper from the perspective of ethical analysis of IOT, analyzed the IOT’s ethical issues, ethical problems and make suggestions on the IOT ethical standards.The first part introduces the concept of IOT, and then describes its history and development. Based on the ethics-related computer applications and theoretical situation we analysis and research the significance of IOT and the development status as well as the development of IOT’s policy, economic, social and technological environment, and we list the IOT’s several features.The second part take the social characteristics of things as the starting point, using the integrated of literature and other research method for analysis of the IOT’s social enthic problems, and discuss IOT’s lack of moral consciousness and moral diversity’s contradictions.The rapid development of Internet of Things brings the lack of ethical standards, the traditional ethics of computer and the Internet can not complete interpretation and constraints of the series of actions brought by the development of the ethical[5], Finally, according to this basic ethical principles of IOT, this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of the IOT ethics.
