A Study Of Singing Style Of Long Tune Folk Songs In Zhalaid

Zhalaid Mongolian long-tune singing is one of the typical Kerqinfolk song, and it also plays an important role in Mongolian long-tunesinging.In recent years, the research for Mongolian long-tune folk songsis increasingly hot, but the study about Zhalaid long-tune folk songs isfew, especially about the singing methods of Zhalaid long-tune folksongs is rare.In order to research it, the author interviewed many artistsfrom Zhalaid town and recorded dozens of long-tune and short-tunesongs and detailed research it.Zhalaid town is located in the north part of Kerqin, which is thetypical farming-pastoral zone in inner Mongolia.With the development oflocal traditional culture, the local area`s circulating long-tune folk songsare changing. In this article,the author understand the survival of theenvironment and artistic features of local long-tune folk songs and thechanges of the traditional music culture in the face of transmission ofculture by the interview of Zhalaid folk artistsThe article consists of five parts. The first propost is introduction,which talks about the reason of choosing the subject, background andmeaning, and research methods used in this article. The first chapter isabout the social and historical culture and geography and plunge ofZhalaid area and the history context、heritage area、folk singer and theclassification of the long-tune folk singer of zhalaid area.The secondchapter is the most significant part of this article，in which elaborates andrecorded regional charactertics of folk songs and singing style in zhalaidarea. The third chapter elaborates the inheriting the way of Zhalaidlong-tune folk songs,then put frward the existing problems and thesolutions among the zhalaid long-tune folk songs. Finally, the paper hascarried on the conclusion and discussion.
