Gannan Hakkas usually live together. The three southernmost places in Ganzhou(Quannan. Longnan. Dingnan), Xunwu, Anyuan and Southern Xinfeng are near Guangdong province, so their oustoms are deeply influenced by the culture of eastern Guangdong. People from the central Chain has gone through five migrations to avoid the war after Jin dynasty. Those people brought their culture to those southern places, and were called "Hakkas" by the local people. The female Hakkas enjoy the same lifestyle as those of Han nationality. The cultural heritage of the central China has passed by from generation to generation because of the pattern of living for Hakkas.Any national culture are the product of history, its characteristics depend on the nation’s social environment and geographical environment. Chinese Han culture originates from farming civilization accumulation of the human and the nature, art and nature relations, folk embroidery is the crystallization of Chinese women’s aesthetic will. The Hakka women through the culture of migration has created a variety of decorative embroidery pattern with inheritance, rich imagination, various images from their imagination and reality, the use of certain structure, meaning, pronunciation, such as bionic technique, after deformation, simplified, abstract graphical symbols and simple, make its embroidery a kind of unigue form of art.Gannan Hakka shoes and hats with their practicability and beauty and the aesthetic feeling of patterns and themes show the emotional experience and psychological features of the Hakka women. With the development of our society, the local footwear embroidery art has combined with modern technology, in the heritage of culture and Hakka characteristics of needlework art industry. From the perspective of semiotics, the research on Hakka folk shoes embroidery art can help us know more about Hakka people culture, their social structure and Hakka women’s psychology and behavior Trying to analyse the schematization of semiotic culture of Gannan Hakkas to find their cultural ascription..
