With the Internet, especially the rapid development of the mobile Internet, computers, mobile phones increasingly become our daily life, an integral part of every day, a mobile computer as partners of people, their interaction between people graduallydecrease in the interaction between man and machine has continued to increase, which let more people and businesses are aware of the importance of the user experience.User experience may never like to be so seriously. This paper is based on the development of new media like state of the user experience and future trends for clues to the development of mobile applications in mobile devices, based on human perception and cognitive psychology background to analyze the mobile application development process in the preparation period, and interactive period, the feedback of the user experience to create the future development trend of mobile APP bold vision. It can be said that the technology is the hardware basis for the development of new media, user experience can be improved by the new media software support. The birth of an outstanding product can not be separated from satisfactory user experience guarantee, there are many instances to prove this point in the text. The current media environment, how to create a good user experience and user experience in new media put forward higher requirements.Usually divided into three stages:cognitive stage, the evaluation stage, will stage the understanding of the world and transform. Which cognitive stage is to solve the "what" or "facts", only first understand the external characteristics of things (or external contact) and internal rules (or inherent nature), to its in-depth will (or decision) stage of understanding; evaluation phase aims to solve the "What is the use or" What is the value of the "people only understand the things" What is the use, in order to know how it is to take a correct attitude; the purpose is to solve the problem of "how to do" or "the implementation of what behavior" only in the know "how to do" in order to take the right action to create more wealth.
