The Dulcimer Performing Art Semiotics Perspective

We live in a world of symbols, without the existence of the symbol can we lost pass, present and the relation of future history, on symbols to let it all out of real space and time, get more significant meaning. The study of semiotics has become an international research and semiotics theory has constituted one of the most core theories in modern disciplines. On this basis, this paper express and the relationship between music works and people’s emotion by music symbols-the soul of semiology and music playing. The paper express works content by music symbol of composer’s; performers play the works to the listeners by their thoughts, feelings, which can moving the listeners, the music in the view of the above three symbols. This paper is form three chapters analysis dulcimer performance by music symbols which outlines the theory of semiotics, semiology intellectual history, the classification of semiotics and the music symbols connotation of dulcimer performance, this paper expound music has different people’s feeling which is the complexity and richness of inner life. A music work, a piece of poem and a picture, all of these is an art, there also have emotional imagery. When we understand the relationship between music symbols and life, feeling, can we learn about life, emotions music symbols.
