The progress of the society makes the language of art can continue to develop, enrich the use of symbol language is gradually increasing in the painting, the degree of importance of symbolic language in the visual arts is more prominent. The pursuit of innovative artists use sign language to express their aesthetic emotion, so that works of art language, art style, the audience can be more clear and accurate understanding and awareness. But in the artist use sign language will inevitably focus on symbol selection, pay attention to the form and neglect the spirit. Cause is greater than the content of works, the use of symbols and pale, general situation. This requires the status of sign language used in the engraving in the analysis, to explore the use of an artist who seeks symbols will make prints out of spiritual value, the use of sign language performance artists how to better emotion is our urgent need to solve the problem, so that the symbols can not only highlight the personality of the artist, printmaker’s art to convey thought, it can promote the diversification of artistic style and spiritual connotation. In this paper, from the view’s print of symbol’s development, symbol of conditions in the print creation, with artist prints from form to content, the reason to analyze the cause of symbolic features, interpretation of unique symbols to meet the aesthetic needs of the public from the aesthetic psychology, bridge construction and public communication. In this paper, analysis of the symbolic language is investigated from the innovation, the audience to accept the print artists symbol of psychological, with the characteristics of the time, the future version of printmaking artists brought impact and thinking, to further enhance the print culture content, better reflect the value of the painting.
