Kant's theory,as one of the sources of aesthetic modernity,endows aesthetic issues with an important position in the academic system of modern humanities.Aesthetic problems not only melt into the overall rational system,but also have their own independence.Bourdieu bases his aesthetic research on the criticism of Kant's reflective judgment,that is,on the discussion of the legitimacy of Kant's reflective subject.Based on such the reflective subject,he created a structuralist study of aesthetic compartmentalization and studied the cognitive structure of interest judgment from a sociological perspective.As Bourdieu's basic theory,field theory is the methodological premise for analyzing all his theories.When people are thrown into the overall relationship field,aesthetic ability is not an individual's free and independent activity,but shaped by the social stratification cultural structure and formed into habits in the reproduction mechanism,making judgment unconsciously formed and integrated with the social symbolic structure.In the power mechanism,individuals are involved in the vortex of the game on the one hand,and enjoy the independent discourse status brought by the field on the other hand,so as to resist symbolic violence.Symbolic violence is different from material violence.It penetrates into every gap of power value and is one of the basic characteristics of modern society.The independent literary and artistic field strives to snatch the unconscious space occupied by the power mechanism,discloses and criticizes the current symbolic discourse form and forms a new way of statement.However,the artistic field is not independent either.It is in an integrated symbolic structure and is influenced by various power factors such as politics,capital and media.Bourdieu believed that the mission of the artistic field,including that of intellectuals,lies in the tension between autonomy and heteronomy of the field.That is to say,we can be in the symbol system,face the violence and suffering of the power mechanism,and reveal the self-evident symbol structure.Thus,to a certain extent,it can shake the solid symbolic structure of the society and form a new form of discourse.What this article is trying to solve is to find Bourdieu's theoretical coordinates by analyzing the nature of aesthetic judgment in the field.In view of the world suffering under symbolic violence,Bourdieu's approach and his own practical ideas,and through his analysis of Flaubert,Manet,Baudelaire and other modern narrators,he made a deeper understanding of his aesthetic problems and the sense of mission of contemporary intellectuals.Finally,through the theories of the same period and later generations,the author examines Bourdieu's aesthetic problems.This article cannot simply be regarded as a summary of Bourdieu's aesthetic problems,but hopes to open up a new horizon through the analysis of his aesthetic and symbolic problems as a special starting point for cultural modernity.And through Bourdieu's own limitations,to reflect on the contemporary aesthetic issues and symbolic field issues,so as to have a deeper understanding of the aesthetic issues in sociology.
