| Both Beijing Music Festival and the China Shanghai International Arts Festival were hostedby the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China，which were founded since the late1990s and spoken highly of by industry from home and abroad，which mainly thanks to theefficient mode of operation. As we all know that at the beginning the international festival camefrom the West, as a result of that, the mode of operation of Beijing Music Festival and theChina Shanghai International Arts Festival learnt from the West a lot. In the meantime exploredtheir own way out of the operation of the features. Beijing Music Festival and the ChinaShanghai International Arts Festival were mostly in common in many aspects, such as thebackground of the establishment, market positioning, concept characteristics, mode of operation,the audience response, brand influence etc. They also have some own character from both ofthem. This paper aims to find out some suggestions for China to host the International Festival ofthe problems that need attention, in the way of analyzing program design, financial support,promotion, organization and management which are the most four important parts in the mode ofoperation. |
