An Study Of The Poems Written By Jiaxuan Related To Dream

Xin Qiji is regarded as the thumb of poem in southern songdynasty, but all the research about his poems related to dream isreally few and far between in the academic circle.The poem and dream are related to each other closely.Thepoem is suitable to express the emotion hidden in the heart of theauthor deeply and pays attention to connotation behind surfacewhile dream specializes in performing one’s subtle mind which ishard to speak. The dream is the appropriate topic to express thehazy beauty in the poem and the combination of them is the best ineach other.In this paper, the study focused on the poems related todream which are written by Jiaxuan,and I want to talk about themmainly from the following three aspects:First of all, distinguish the type of the poems written byJiaxuan which are related to dream. How do they produce and howdoes JiaXuan express himself through these dreams, the authordiscusses these questions mainly from the following threeaspects:the poems that remember a true dream which is made bythe author himself, the poems that make a dream and the poems that remember a dream which is made by others.Second, inductive the thought and emotion that included in thepoems written by Jiaxuan related to dream. These poems are asmany as89, account for14%of the total, and they are a part whichcannot be ignored. His poems related to dream have a wide varietyof subject matter and rich in content,can be summarized as thefollowing five categories:"express patriotic thought","passhomesickness","describe the suffering of the lovesickness ","depict the deep friendship" and "look forward to the arcadia".Again, discuss the artistic features of the poems written byJiaxuan related to dream. On the basis of absorbing the essencefrom the former poems involved dream word, these poems also havetheir own uniqueness, mainly display in three aspects: the first oneis the unique image, in these poems,JiaXuan uses military image,birds and the wind and rain to convey his mind vividly.Second, thestructure which is full of jumping characteristics,the poems writtenby Jiaxuan related to dream break the limit of time and space,compare to each other between the time and find differences amongthe space, highlight the difference between reality and dream.Thethird is deep on technique of expression, through various forms ofallusions, treating one’s dream as a metaphor and empathizing inhis poems, jiaxuan conveys his implicit mind euphemistically, andmakes poems more artistic.
