The Study Of Huozhou Dialect Pronoun

Huozhou, a county of Llnfen, is located In the south central area of Shanxi Province. Huozhou dialect belongs to the Fen River section of official languages in the plal. There are a lot of dialect pronouns and each has his own characteristics. Up to now, few studies have been conducted to Huozhou dialect, and It Is very difficult to find some articles or papers about the dialect pronouns. Therefore, this thesis carries out the study of Huozhou dialect pronouns, which can make people have a systematic and comprehensive understanding about it and lay a good foundation for the future deeper researches.Based on a large number of data, the thesis gives a detailed description and analysis of the basis phonetic forms, semantic features, and grammatical functions of Houzhou dialect pronouns and then compares the three different section dialetcs In Houzhou.Meanwhile,the word roots of some pronouns have been explored. Finally, the thesis summarizes the characteristics of Houzhou dialect pronouns, which alms to reflect Its original state truly and comprehensively. This thesis is divided into five parts, including introduction,Huozhou dialect pronouns demonstrative pronouns of Huozhoudialect, interrogative pronouns of Huozhou dialect and conclusion.The first chapter is "introduction". This part introduces thegeneral geographic situation and population of Huozhou, its historicalevolution and an overview of Huozhou dialect. Meanwhile, it gives abrief description about the belonging, partitions and tone system ofHuozhou dialects. Moreover, this part summarizes the researchesconducted on Chinese dialect pronouns, Shanxi dialects pronounsand Huozhou dialect pronouns, which explains the purpose andsignificance of this thesis and illustrates the data source andpronunciation partners in this paper.The second chapter is "Huozhou dialect pronouns". This partspecifically describes the basic forms, semantic features andgrammatical functions of three body pronouns and non-three bodypronouns, the flexible use phenomenon of three body pronouns, andcomparisions among the three sections’ pronouns. Finally, itsummarizes the characteristics of Huozhou dialect pronouns.The third chapter is" the demonstrative pronouns of Huozhoudialect ". According to the different functions, this part studiesmainly from the perspective of the dichotomy of demonstrativepronouns of Huozhou dialect. In this part, it gives a detailed description about the basic forms, semantic features andgrammatical functions of the demonstrative pronouns as well ascomparisions among the three sections’ pronouns. The formerincludes demonstrative pronoun’s instructions and directions,location, time, way, traits, numbers, degree of instructions, and otheraspects. Finally, it summarizes the characteristics of demonstrativepronouns of Huozhou dialect.The fourth chapter is "the interrogative pronouns of Huozhoudialect ". It mainly studies the basic forms, semantic features andgrammatical functions of the interrogative pronouns, includingasking people, things, places, directions, traits, reasons, degrees,amount and actions. Meanwhile, it explains the non-interrogative useof interrogative pronouns and makes a comparison among the threesections’ interrogative pronouns. Finally, it summarizes thecharacteristics of interrogative pronouns of Huozhou dialect.The fifth chapter is"conclusion".
