Music as one of the art forms of human expressing emotions, technology and emotion, form and content, mutual integration and unity of history and logic are permeated in each composer’s creative ideas and musical statements. Analysis of musical works should express the inner subjective views and full logic interpretation of composer after emotional listening and rational analysis obtained. Any one works having artistic value and rich profound ideological and philosophical, its technical language should not be isolated, but be perfect combination and unity of technology, form and emotion, content. Technical language has value and meaning of its existence when this technique works form only be placed in the context of particular expression. The namesake orchestral "Festival Overture" of Shostakovich and Jianer is the classic genre concert overture, and is created in the 1950s, and musical structure is sonata. Two works depict the warm scene of people together celebrating the holiday, and is still the classic concert which highly is favored for viewers. However, due to the two composers of different ethnic backgrounds and cultural heritage as well as the different composition techniques and expression, their works on the internal structure and the style of music are different, and are distinctive compositional techniques on the melody, harmony, polyphony, orchestration and so on.
