This paper described the phonetic system of Sanhu dialect. And based on this,this paper have made a compound table of initials,finals,tones and syllabary of Sanhu dialect.In the meantime, it described the corresponding relationship between Sanhu dialect and ancient Chinese phonology from initials,finals and tones and it listed the homophony syllabary of Sanhu dialect. The types of the sandhi of sanhu dialect are complicated, and this situation mainly showed at the latter syllable. According to the sandhi factors of the latter syllable, they can divided into two patterns, namely,the toneless words and non-toneless words. The pattern of the sandhi of tri-syllabic tone is based on the pattern of the disyllabic tone sandhi and they can divided into two formats,firstly,the"1+2" (single word+disyllabic) pattern and the "2+1" (disyllabic+single word) pattern.The sound change of Sanhu dialect is not only embodied in disyllabic tone sandhi and trisyllabic tone sandhi but it also appeared in a single word situation and in the latter situation the sandhi usually containing personal emotions. The literary and colloquial readings of Sanhu dialect can be roughly subdivided into six types. In general, most of the literary and colloquial speakings have two ways. The regular pattern of the literary and colloquial speaking mostly appears on the initials and the finals. The phenomenon of the initials of Tou (透) and Ding (定) pronounced as fricative tone needs further research so it will have a more reasonable explanation.
