Case Database-building Of Cross-cultural Communication And Case Studies

The study of Intercultural communication and conventional teaching was trapped in theory analysis. We need to establish improve and use intercultural database to connect research theory to the practice in course, and make the study diversified. Since the Chinese Promotion Base settled in Xinjiang.Due to the geographic advantage of Xinjiang, the base attracted a growing number of Central Asian countries’ students study in Xinjiang.The paper database researched in Xinjiang Normal University, collected, analyzed the case and constructed the database of language teachers, language students and managers in international cultural and communication collage, Central Asian Confucius Institute. The paper also introduce to the route from base label, base recourse, and the principles, which use some special case to enhance learner’s sensibility of cross communication in course.The paper also offer a chance to study the problem in cross cultural communication between the foreign students and Chinese language teachers, using cases about foreign students life, and analyze this problem in Psychology, Management and Intercultural Communication. The aim of this paper is to improve Chinese Language teachers’ course strategies and foreign students’ ability of Intercultural Communication.
