A Practice Report Of Translating Of Seduce Me At Sunrise

This practice report is derived from the translation project of Seduce Me at Sunrise, which is assigned by Professor Dang. On the basis of the communicative function of language and in the perspective of the metalingual, informative, expressive and the aesthetic function of language, the author mainly analyses and solves the problems met in the process of translation. The translation difficulties include monologue, intersemiotic, portrait, culture-loaded words and so on. What’s more, the translation techniques such as annotation, division and combination of sentences, parenthesis mark, and Chinese four-character idioms are given a perfect explanation in this paper by analyzing typical cases.
