Weixin’s Hmong dialect belongs to Hmong language branch in Miao-Yao language group.This paper includes three parts:(1)Weixin’s Hmong dialect phonetic system;(2)The summarize of Weixin’s Hmong dialect lexical;(3)The comparison of the Weixin’s Hmong dialect and Panhe’s A-Hmao dialect, and conduct an audio archives.The characteristics of Weixin’s Hmong dialect: there are 72 initials, which has an integrated system of pre-nasal sounds, aspirated voices distribute at every place of articulation, the voiceless isn’t clear; There are 35 finial sounds which do not distinguish between long-short and lax-tense; There are 8 tones, the forth and sixth of which have more voiced aspirated. According to the selected data, there are 1467 syl ables(words borrowed from Chinese are included).Describing the Weixin’s Hmong dialect lexical from the characteristics of language, morpheme and lexical. Compare the Weixin’s Hmong dialect with Panhe’s A-Hmao dialect in the phonological, trying to explore the r elationship between these two.Build a basic audio resource archive.
