Public service advertising is a special, profit-free kind of advertising. It plays an important role in spreading the correct moral values and touching the public. It is an important part for public service advertising to advocate security measures. In China,the annual number of road accident casualties in traffic safety than are increasing year by year, which shows that people disregard traffic rules is one of the main factors causing accidents. It is a good way to report the awareness of road traffic safety by using public service advertising to reduce road traffic accidents. Digital technology such as enhancing reality technology for public service advertising can make the public be personally on the scene, improve the effect of public service ads, and promote the development of public service advertising.First this paper starts from the concept of public service advertisements on traffic safety, uses media to classify the types public service advertisement on traffic safety,and analyzes specifically the cases of different forms of media public service advertisements on traffic safety. It also discussed the limitations of public service ads on traffic safety under the traditional media forms. This situation is put forward to strengthen the reality of advertising, and enhance the characteristics of actual advertising, summarize the advantages of application of augmented reality technology to advertising performance. The paper puts forward the traffic safety public service advertising mode on the basis of augmented reality technology, and prove its feasibility.Secondly based on the classification of augmented reality traffic safety advertising on the advertising audience, we choose the version of the young children to illustrate specifically its creativity. According to the flow of advertising experience and on the basis of selection and explanation on augmented reality public service advertisements of traffic safety, we classify them as advertising trigger module,advertising guide module, interactive advertising module, and advertising education module, then we respectively build and achieve the specific technology. augmented reality public service ads on traffic safety are finally made.Once again on the basis of research of evaluation theory of advertising effect, we come up with two evaluation method of advertising effectiveness, the advertising experience questionnaire and the advertising effectiveness interview. The expected target and good advertising experience effect are achieved by the advertising experience questionnaire based on augmented reality. Through the deep telephone interview, we have made evaluation on the target audience, audiences around andpotential audience and believe that advertising have achieved good effect in the three aspects. Finally, we put forward public service advertisement consummation plan from three aspects, augmented reality technology, visual presented effect and the sensory experience test.Last public service advertising based on augmented reality digitally enhances the actual situations by using the augmented reality technology, enriches the visual sense of the audience, makes advertising a form of interaction, attracts the audience to actively participate in it, and produces a new advertising experience. It has Improved the spreading effect of the public service advertising, provided a reference for the future developing direction of public service advertising.
