Analysis On The Application Of Achromatic Color In The New Oil Figurative Painting

The title of this passage is analysis on the application of achromatic color in the new oil figurative painting. Achromatic color in this passage means black,white and grey. I take the relationship between black, white and grey of the new oil figurative painting as a starting point, to thoroughly analysis and study the related contents of the form of black, white and grey. I find a new way of expression and artistic creativity on the new figurative painting through a series of analysis and study.The first chapter mainly explains the form of black, white and grey in the new oil figurative painting and illustrates the concept and the developing history of the new oil figurative painting as well as the form, language performance,application of black, white and grey. The second chapter, I study the masters’ works in black, white and grey forms, find out the works which have a profound influence on me and analysis the form, color, artistic atmosphere and contour of different works, then learn from them add these elements into my creations. On the basis of the former two chapters’ theory. The third chapter is about the performance and analysis of individual creation. Combine the master’s effects on me with my creation performance and the theme of painting, at the same time;mix traditional paintings together with contemporary paintings. The black, white and grey as the starting point, combined with the picture color, brushwork, line and the atmosphere and other elements, express an oil painting language with an artistic conception and spiritual temperament.
