The Relationship and the Social adaptability are important parts of the Mental Health Education. They are so important to the development of the Middle school students, and the studying of the relationship between them is meaningful.Making the schedule of the teaching content of each term is the most immediate problem for all the Psychology teachers. In order to help the arranging work, a study about the relationship between them is needed.In this study, by using the Parent-child Communication Scale the Teacher-student Relationship Scale, the Companion Relationship Scale and the Youth Social Adaptive Behavior Scale to test 913 students from two different high schools and Junior high schools in Hebei Province, we investigated the Parents-children communication, Teacher-student relationship,Companion relationship and Social adaptability and found that:1, Compared with the high school students, the Junior high school students’ Parents-children communication is significantly better, but Teacher-student relationship, Companion relationship are significantly worse.2, There is no difference between male and female students in the Junior high school. But turn to high school, the girls’ Parents-children communication is significantly better than the boys’, and girls’ Teacher-student relationship and Companion relationship are significantly worse than boys’.3, The Junior high school students’ Social adaptability is significantly better than the high school students’.4, Regression analysis showed that the parent-child communication is the intermediate factor between teacher-student relationship and Social adaptability.5, The parent-child communication is posited the main factor affecting the Social adaptability. And the interpersonal relationship constant hypothesis is posited, too.According to the results of this study, Psychology teachers should put the Parents-children relationship part before the Social adaptability part when arranging their schedule. For high school teachers, their relationship with their students will improve.
