Industrialization Of Linguistic Culture In Enshi Tujia Ethnic Group Under The Context Of Globalization

Cultural industry, regarded as sunrise industry, has witnessed unprecedented development under the support of all levels of governments. Rich in linguistic cultural resources, Enshi autonomous prefecture is supposed to be well-developed in cultural industry, yet the fact is not so much the case. In the globalizing world, cultural diversity is calling for more attention, and, in the case of Enshi, cultural industry should be focused on. It could make the most use of market merits, increase some of the locals’ income, upgrade economic structure, and at the end succeed in the transmission of local ethnic culture. By adopting the SWOT analysis framework, the thesis lays out the four aspects, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, of Enshi linguistic cultural industry, and proposes some possible countermeasures.
