Research Of The Compiled Version Of "Qian Xi Shi Yan"

Qian Xi Shi Yan, a book Fan Wen written in late Northern Song Dynasty, is an important work on behalf of the early poetic ideas of poetry genres of Jiangxi. The whole book focuses on the analysis of poetics, and reflects poetry style change from "to be supported by a gossip" to "focus criticism", which is an important turning point.The poetics theory of Qian Xi Shi Yan is embodied in its theory of "rhyme" and theory of "poetic eye", including the theory of the poetry ontology, poetry expressive, poetry creation and poetry appreciation, which has formed a relatively complete system of poetics. Fan Wen uses Buddhist terms and thinking methods to study poem, and use "analyzing poetics metaphorically with Chan" to express his poetics ideas, enriching the discourse system of the traditional literary theory, which has an important influence on later poetry.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first part mainly research Fan Wen’s life, and study the spread of Qian Xi Shi Yan, compares Qian Xi Shi Yan with other poetry of Northern Song Dynasty, verify its own theory characteristics. The second part research the theory of "rhyme", including the history of rhyme, and its concept and poetic value. The third part research the theory of "poetic eye". The "poetic eye" includes "an eye for a poem" and "the eye in a poem", and analyzes its concept, internal relation and poetic value. The fourth part is "analyzing poetics metaphorically with Chan", including the use of Buddhist terms and thinking method,and explain the poetic meaning of relevant Zen terms, and analyses its influence on Cang Lang Shi Hua.
