From the Spring and Autumn period States to the Warring States, china began to enter a period of feudal society. Reform of the feudal economy promoted the development of agricultural economy, during this period, the main food of our ancestors is still dominated by C4 plants.But there appeared a new kind of plant -wheat. After the Western Han Dynasty,since the Eastern Han Dynasty,the planting of wheat has been very common and the wheat gradually became the main food crops of the people. Our experimental samples are taken from Yu Wu cemetery. Tun Liu Yu Wu located in southeastern of Shanxi,belongs to Changzhi city.Shanxi has occupied the important position in the history of our county.we have got a clear Understanding on their development of agriculture. But because of the complex geographical environment characteristics, the development of agriculture shows a difference in time characteristics and spatial characteristics. The study on agriculture in Southeast Shanxiis very little. In this paper,through the analysis of the dietary structure of Tun Liu Yu Wu area,I hope to provide some scientific data for the study of the agricultural development in southeastern Shanxi.To the 80’s of the last century, this method of using C、N Stable isotope analysis on the bone of ancestors was used In the domestic. In order to got the dietary structure of Different regions, Archaeologists have chosen several archaeological sites for the C, N stable isotope analysis. This result have helped us understand the regional characteristic of China’s agriculture.The age of Tun Liu Yu Wu site span larger,mainly divided into two stages,the Warring States period to the Han Dynasty and the Ming and Qing dynasties. There are 6 cases samples of the Warring States period,2 cases samples of the Western Han Dynasty and the Eastern Han Dynasty in 13 cases. The δ13C mean value of the Warring States ancestors is -9.7%o, the δ13C mean value of Han Dynasty ancestors is-10.4‰。 Both the mean value are relatively close to the standard of average value-11‰.Indicate that the food source of this two periods ancestors is mainly from the C4 plant, such as Millet and the food structure of the two period ancestors is basically unchanged. But refer to the decline in the proportion of C4 plant in The Eastern Han Dynasty, We have made a concrete analysis, generally believed that this phenomenon is closely related to the promotion of affirmation and wheat. Meanwhile, the change of the human 815N values also occured. The δ15N values in the human of he Warring States period is 7.85-9.52%o, The δ15N values in the human of the Han Dynasty is 5.31-11.44%o.Indicate that the Carnivorous source difference In Han Dynasty is Greater than the Carnivorous source difference in the Warring States period. And from the experimental results it is not difficult to find that the carnivorous of the ancestors in Han Dynasty is generally higher of the Warring States period. The dietary structure characteristics of the Warring States period to the Han Dynasty,must be closely related with the special geographical environment and terrain features, the social status and theimplemented of the policies, rulers and measures in Southeast Shanxi area in this historical period may be another important reason.
