Identity has a very important meaning for everyone, as a member of society, everyone expects to have an accurate understanding of self-identity and positioning. Therefore seek for identity has become a keen topic of contemporary literature. As American society ethnic minorities, long-term on the verge of mainstream American culture. Double discrimination by race and sex of Chinese American women are forced to become silent groups, it is difficult to make their voices. Face of Western media’s demonization of Chinese women, Chinese women did not escape the negative, choosing instead to use words to reshape the image of Chinese American women beautiful, subversive inherent thinking, build a new identity to the pen for Ge.In this paper, Chinese-American woman writer Amy Tan’s novel "The Joy Luck Club," "The Kitchen God’s Wife" and "The Bonesetter’s Daughter" as the main object of study in the early Chinese American woman writer Jade Snow Wong, Maxine Hong Kingston creative process of review and representative works on the basis of the analysis, to explore the works of Amy Tan’s way hard to seek self-identity of American Women.
