Cultural industry has become an considerable pivot of modern industrial development and global economy development, national culture industry is a process of national culture industrialization. National culture is different from other culture,because it has the characteristics like primordial and non-copyable.National culture products has trait like personality and variation, conform to the modern cultural consumption, be known as "Sunrise Industry". Guizhou is the minority gathering area,which has a long history and splendid national cultural resources, be called "Cultural Archipelago".Colorful national cultural resources provides a foundation for the development of national culture industry, whereas Guizhou national culture industry facing weak industrial base, like lack of innovation or other issues. Guizhou has the third largest minority proportion, the development of Guizhou national culture industry make a lot of sense for China’s economic growth. How to choose a efficient way to development Guizhou national culture industry is the purpose of this study.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, describes the background and significance of this topic, relevant studies reviewed, the concept of analysis, research ideas and innovations of this paper and defect; the second part is the perspective of the Guizhou national festivals, customs, folk arts and crafts, analyzes the main national cultural resources and several features of Guizhou, then compared with the surrounding areas; the third part, take advantage of the rich customs of national festivals, folk art and other cultural, Guizhou has develop a series types of national cultural industries, like national film, national performing, national publishing, national cultural tourism and others; fourth part, using the SWOT method analysis the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Guizhou national culture industry;according to the previous sections, writer provide several strategy of the development of national culture industry, which involves the exploitation of national culture resources,national cultural innovation, development priorities and the problem of talent.Through the study on the development of national culture industry in Guizhou, the paper made some suggestions: Enhance the scientific planning of national culture industry, fuse together the cultural soft power and hard power of science and technology;take advantage of big data analysis technology and integrate national culture resources;take advantage of unique culture resources from different region to build national culture industry area, strengthen the communication of national cultural and foreign culture, propaganda colorful national culture and exploit international market;innovation the national media industry, focus on the development of national tourism.
