With the development of economic globalization, cultural industry is booming,contains a huge potential for development. At present, in the national cultural industrydeveloped capitalism in the West has become an important pillar of the nationaleconomy. China’s cultural industry started late, but the development speed is very fast.China has a long history, rich cultural resources, which the minority culture is rich andcolorful, in the development and prosperity of culture background, how to discoverthese ethnic and cultural advantages, promote national cultural industry development,is an important topic. Tianjin in recent years rapid economic development, theeconomic and social comprehensive strength significantly enhanced, possess theconditions for the development of cultural industry, this article on how to develop thenational cultural industry in Tianjin preliminary analyzed, believe in and promote thefurther development of Tianjin economy at the same time, can also promote theculture of minority Chinese rich, promote the development of the economy of theminority nationality.This paper mainly uses the literature review, comparative analysis, data analysisand other methods, summarizes the concept of cultural industry and cultural industryat home and abroad theory, makes a comparative study of the present situation ofdomestic, foreign cultural industry, through the analysis of Tianjin with ethnic cultureindustry development advantages and existing problems, put forward the developmentcountermeasures and suggestions.The full text is divided into six parts, the first chapter is the introduction, brieflyintroduced the significance of research and research methods of research, the theoryand the practice; the second chapter on the development of cultural industry is brieflyintroduced, abroad: from Marx’s theory of art production to the Frankfurt school andBermingham school’s point of view, and then to Fiske "the culture of consumerism,"the culture industry: from the macro theory point of view, using the strategy to thecultural industry specific executive level; the third chapter lists the current situationand problems of cultural industry in China, introduces the development situation ofChina’s rich resources of national culture and national culture industry, analyzes thecurrent development of Tianjin nation culture industry, development problems andopportunities; the fourth chapter puts forward the Countermeasures of development;the last chapter is the conclusion part.
