Zhu Yizun (1629-1709), born in Xiu Shui of Zhe Jiang Province, was one of the most important scholars of the early Qing Dynasty. He made a great contribution to later generations in searching and studying inscriptions on ancient stone tablets. Besides, he had a large influence on appreciation of rubbings and calligraphy, and poetry writing. At the same time, he was also a famous calligrapher in that era.Under the background of searching inscriptions and textual criticism, this paper collects lots of documentation and images with great influence, and has a research on the searching inscriptions and rubbings collection of Zhu Yizun, based on the visits between his large circle of friends and him. On this basis, this paper discusses his Han Table points and official script style, through a deep research on the preface and postscript. At last, this paper evaluates the official script achievements of Zhu Yizun objectively.
