Seal script of Han Dynasty plays plays an important role in the development of Chinese characters.For this material,scholars are mostly selected for parts of the material in different carriers to research,rarely for a class of material to conduct a comprehensive discussion.Han Seals'Inscriptions have a name of "mo yin zhuan(???)",its script figure has important value to explore the Seal script of Han Dynasty.The Compilation And Research Of Han Seals' Inscriptions Material is based on this consideration to start the study.Through collecting and organizing on the seals,sealing-clays,pottery,lacquer wood and silk stamps of the Han Dynasty as much as possible,this thesis is aim to do comparative analysis and specific textual research.Mainly sort out the following:First of all,using the method of parallelism to arranging the script figure of Han Seals' inscriptions and compile The Glyph Table Of Han Seals' Inscriptions(hereinafter referred to as glyphs table),based on the latest research in this field.The glyphs table contains a total of three thousand four hundred and sixty-three Han Seals'Inscriptions,which has 291,5 in "ShuoWen",548 not seen in " ShuoWen" Each script figure is chronological,the script figures which have no clear era are only based on the script figure.Because of the large time span and rich material,so the "glyphs table " drawn from it can roughly reflect the characteristics of the times and appearance of the script figure.This should have a very important positive significance for the research of Seal scscript of Han Dynasty in later.Secondly,Through comparing and analysing the Han seals' inscriptions at the synchronic and diachronic level.In order to reveal some of features of the Han seals' inscriptions.And try to restore the history of some characters evolution.This will help people to form a systematic understanding of the seal script of Han seals',but also help to clarify its important position in the history of the development of Chinese characters.Thirdly,Because of the Han seals' inscriptions contain rich official system,Geographical and surnames information,Which can be confirmed with the handed-down documents,It has high historical value.this thesis re-explanation some Han seals' inscriptions,And try to revealed the historical information behind of Han seals.
