Study On The Finacial Supports For The Development Of Cultural Industry Of Shanxi Province

Cultural industry is considered to be the one with great prospect in Twenty-First century, which is not only with high industrial added value, but also at the top position in industrial value chain. It is of great importance to develop cultural industry, for the results of methods transforming of economical increase, optimizing of allocation of resources and increasing of social employment rate that the development will bring in. Nowadays, Shanxi Province is at the important stage of the development of transition, making it an evitable choice to take a chance to improve the construction of cultural industry. However, the immature status of funding requirements and related current financial market heavily restrict the high development of cultural industry. Thus, it is meaningful to do some researches on problems of financial support on cultural industry.The article firstly sets forth the necessity of financial support on cultural industry of Shanxi Province and summarizes the research founding of this area. At second, it initially builds a reasonably financial support system in three aspects:financial scale, financial structure and financial efficiency, by means of combination of logical method and historical method, normative analysis and positive analysis and quantitative and qualitative analysis, exploring the logical relationship of financial support and development of cultural industry of Shanxi Province. At last, the article offers some advices on the financial support rules.The research founding of this articles shows that if financial scale enlarges, financial efficiency increases, the cultural industry develops, and financial structure doesn’t function well towards the cultural industry. According to the analysis, the status of cultural industry of Shanxi Province is still at the stages of development, the financial support can push the development of cultural industry. Thus, if we expand the financial scale, improve the financial efficiency, perfect the financial structure, the cultural industry of Shanxi Province will develop in a high speed and the development of transform in Shanxi Province will also work well.
