Research On Tangde’s Film And Television Financial Strategy And Financial Policy

Private capital is continuously injected into the cultural industry,which has created a strong driving force for the prosperity and development of the cultural industry.The film and television enterprises have caught up with the express train in the Internet era.In recent years,a large number of high-quality film and television works have produced,which has brought about the accelerated development of the film and television industry opportunity.How to correctly understand the status quo of enterprise development and formulate appropriate financial strategies for film and television industry companies is particularly important for the long-term development and value creation of enterprises.However,the formulation of corporate financial strategy requires managers to make comprehensive decisions based on the company’s development strategy,its own status,future sustainable development,the position in the current financial strategy matrix,and related financial policies.This paper takes Tangde film and television as the research object,systematically analyzes its financial data,and combines its actual business activities to conduct an in-depth analysis of its financial strategy and financial policy.This paper first analyzes the horizontal,vertical and structural dimensions of the financial statements of Tangde Film and Television,finds the existing problems of its financial policies,and then uses the value model decomposition method to factorize the ROE and EVA,from the value creation ability and profitability.Five aspects of ability,cash generation,risk control and growth ability to find the current financial strategy of the company.Then based on the theory of corporate sustainable development,financial strategy matrix theory and dividend signal theory,this paper analyzes the causes of Tangde’s film and television financial strategy,and finds that Tangde film and television’s current financial policy damages the company’s growth ability and profitability.Finally,suggestions for the revision of the future financial policy of Tang De Film and Television were put forward.The research of this paper is aimed at the specific reality of China’s film and television listed companies.The research results not only provide ideas and methods for the formulation of financial strategies for film and television enterprises,but also have certain reference significance for other similar enterprises.
