Research On The Coordinated Development Between New Urbanization And Cultural Industry

Under the background of increasing shortcomings of the traditional urbanization has been shown, new urbanization strategy has put forward higher requirements for China’s socialist construction, which plays an important role to adjust economic structure and mode. The cultural industry has become the global focus as a sunrise industry. With the characteristics of high permeability and positive externality characteristics, cultural industry can promote the economic development. The culture industry has become the realistic choice to promote the new urbanization because of its own advantage. Cultural industry also needs new urbanization opportunity to meet its own requirement for develop.Based on the above background, the article expounds the connotation of the new urbanization, then introduces the contents and characteristics of the culture industry。Take the theory of new growth, growth pole theory, the change of industrial structure, institutional change as foundation, the text analysis the coordination mechanism between new urbanization and cultural industry in terms of industrial structure and management system.In order to conducted a comprehensive measure for the level of new urbanization(UR), the text uses the method of principal component analysis from the four aspects :quality of life, social, economic, population. And the text chooses cultural industry business investment(CI), the number of practitioners in cultural industry(HR), the level of new urbanization(UR)as variables to construct the model of VAR. Based on the VAR model, using the annual data of 1990-2012,the text makes analysis of Impulse Response Function,variance decomposition and Johansen cointegration. The conclusions are as following: First, there exists cointegration relationship between urbanization and the cultural industry. Second, CI and HR play positive role on the improvement of the model of urbanization level, and the effect of CI is more obvious.Based on the above research, the article puts forward suggestions to promote the better development of new urbanization and cultural industry from the cultural capital investment, personnel training, the participation of the masses, and the protection of intellectual property rights.
