Research On The Development Of Cultural Industry Under The Background Of New Urbanization

As newly emerging green industries, cultural industries- based on human creativities, perfectly fit to the development target of the new urbanization and have a natural connection to it. Cultural industries in our country have a lack of development, since they have become leading industries in western countries, our cultural industries will have a great potential of development in the context of the new urbanization.Firstly, the thesis researches the functioning mechanism that the new urbanization stimulates the development of cultural industries. The new urbanization, which has improved the income and education level of people, changed the concept of consumption, increases the demands of cultural products. At the same time, the new urbanization has increased the supplies of infrastructure, creative environment and capital for cultural industries. Besides, the new urbanization also promotes cultural industries by impelling it to the high-added value segment of the industry chain. Through the interaction of these aspects, the new urbanization simulates the development of cultural industries.Secondly, the thesis uses Eviews to analyze the positive correlation between the urbanization and cultural industries, and research the influence of the new urbanization on cultural industries development. And then, the thesis explains the results through the S-shaped urbanization curve and the life cycle curve of the cultural industries, and concludes that the new urbanization is one of the most important reasons to conduct the development of cultural industries.Finally, the thesis takes Jinggangshan city as a typical case to research the development paths of the local cultural industries. The thesis then analyzes the favorable and restraining factors in the development of local cultural industries, and at last confirms a development path that skips the industrialized developing stage, and transforms directly from handicraft stage to a modern stage that based on digitization and Internet, and draws up the corresponding policy recommendations.
