With the advent of global economic integration and the development of science and technology, China increasingly attracts more attention from all around the world. "Chinese craze", "China fever" continues to heat up. It is in this context, the Confucius institute arises. More and more people are keen to learn and use Chinese in the world; Chinese has become quite hot language in the world now. With the development and deepening of national training to the foreign Chinese teacher, a large number of Chinese teachers, volunteers and interns were sent abroad to carry out the teaching activities. How they work in teaching Chinese, what are their life like in foreign country, whether they can adapt to intercultural conflict, whether they can handle the adaptation of cross-cultural process; and all of these should cause our attention. Because only know and understand the existence of these problems, can we sum up the experience and lessons, and find out the countermeasures and methods to solve these problems. This understanding can not only guide to the teaching activity of Chinese intern in Thai, but also benefits the sustainable development of Chinese internationalization promotion. Therefore, improving cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese interns is one of the problems in teaching Chinese as a foreign language study. In this paper, I will take Chinese interns to Thai as the research object, and I will study their cross-cultural adaptation from their social culture adaptation, psychological adaptation and teacher’s role to adapt.This thesis is divided into five chapters; the main contents are as follows:The first chapter mainly put forward the topic of this paper, and then introduces topic background, research purpose and meaning, research contents, research methods and research hypothesis.The second chapter mainly summaries the relevant contents of intercultural adaptation study.In the third chapter, I regard Chinese interns to Thai as the research object, and then identify the major research content; namely to the relationship between intercultural adaptation and the Thai level, social life adaptation, psychological adaptation of Chinese interns to Thai. I will choose questionnaires and SPSS analysis method. Through the questionnaire, the theoretical model of study is set up, the foundation for researching cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese interns to Thai is lay. I will use the SPSS software to make reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to the questionnaire sample about the relationship between intercultural adaptation and the Thai level, social life adaptation, psychological adaptation of Chinese interns to Thai. And then confirms that there is relation between intercultural adaptation and the Thai level, social life adaptation, psychological adaptation of Chinese interns to Thai. Finally come to the conclusion and analysisThe fourth chapter is mainly about suggestion.The fifth chapter is mainly about summary.
