Our country is a multi-ethnic country and Each nation has its unique culture and art form, so the daur, ewenki, oroqen, hezhen nationality dancing culture in the heilongjiang river basin is a kind of art form on the basis of our national culture, in the era of diverse ethnic culture and development change. By discussing the national dancing culture development course of the four minorities, and then compensate the national dancing culture research of the four minorities, thus preparing for our country national minority dancing culture development.The four minorities’ nationa dancing culture in the Heilongjiang basin is not only an important part of Chinese dancing culture, but also is an important part of Chinese civilization heritage. The value existing in the folk dancing culture is not only dance itself, but it is the essence of the ethnic history and culture in the heilongjiang Rive valley. Therefore, it should be found in diverse culture that is suitable for their own national dancing culture to survive, to inherit and develop the valuble dancing culture of the minorities.This article will take the four minorities’ national dancing culture as the breakthrough point, be based on the history of the formation of the four, heilongjiang folk dance forms and basic elements, are systematically summarized and finished. The daur, ewenki, olunchun, hezhen minority dancing culture are deeply discussed including the characteristics of the national culture, dancing culture and dance form formation. Such as "mireille" dance of daur, olunchun, ewenki traditional dance to dance with the swan dance, of hezhen nationality traditional dance of the law of development. This paper expounds the current situation of the development of Chinese minorities’ dance, analyses the developing predicament of the four minorities’ national dance and how to inherit and develop strategy thinking. From the natural ecological environment, economic environment, religion, culture and ecological environment different aspects such as theory, dial to simple body language, discusses the living state of dance elements to form the "driver" motivation and culture, explore in different historical periods, because of the variation of the four minorities’ national dance culture factors, on the importance of cultural heritage and development the four minorities’ national dance, the objective analysis and a full explanation.
