A Comparative Study Between Bada Shanren’s Painting Symbols And Imagery Oil Fainting

Based on pseudonym of Bada Shanren’s painting symbols and philosophy theory contained in painting, the paper compares and analyzes pseudonym of Bada Shanren’s painting and contemporary imagery oil painting. It discusses revolutions on creation of contemporary image oil painting from different angles, such as painting schema language, formal beauty, artistic beauty and the humanities connotation contained in works. That hopes to expand my thinking, broaden my horizon, and enrich creative elements and techniques in the future image oil painting. At the same time, it is more beneficial for me to grasp Oriental aesthetic interest and Oriental humanities connotation contained in works. Meanwhile, I hope that it can contribute to Chinese contemporary imagery oil painting.
