With the continuous development of the global creative economy, the cultural and creative industry is rapid rise at an unprecedented speed. In the big background of era, the ceramic cultural and creative industry is born, from scratch, and develops gradually. Through the optimization adjustment of ceramic industrial structure, integration of the local rich ceramic culture resources, actively developing ceramic cultural and creative industry, Jingdezhen make it become a new economic growth point, drive the people to obtain employment, increasing economic benefit and social benefit. Therefore, the study of ceramic cultural and creative industry is a requirement of the Jingdezhen ceramics industry structure to rationalization.But, at present most scholars research on ceramic cultural and creative industry from a macro perspective of policy research, and medium research of based on the perspective of industry value chain is less. To this, this paper studies Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry value chain, through the analysis of value generation, value-added and value realization process, is beneficial to cultivate the core competitiveness of ceramic cultural and creative industry. First of all, the research status at home and abroad of the industry value chain and the cultural and creative industry carry on the literature review, the concept of the cultural and creative industry and the ceramic cultural and creative industry define, relevant theories elaborate, and lay a foundation for subsequent chapters; Secondly, the current situation of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry value chain is carries on the system analysis to find the problems; Thirdly, construct the evaluation index system of industry value chain, using ahp, it is concluded that different indexes are on the influence degree of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry value chain, and based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, evaluates the current Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry value chain; Finally, aiming at the existing problems and the evaluative results, the Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry value chain is put forward a more scientific and reasonable optimization strategy.The innovation of this article lies in the value chain theory applied to the ceramic cultural and creative industry, dig value generation, value-added and implementation process of industry, to have a certain reference value of promoting the further development of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry.
