Therefore, a reform on the vocational college English listening and speaking teaching is an argument in its favor. This study begins with a one-year teaching experiments in Jiangxi Technology College between two classes of the non-English major freshmen, analyses data collected through questionnaires conducted both before and after the experiments and puts up with effective measures on reforming of teaching to integrate students’listening and speaking skills under the guidance of out-put driven hypothesis, which serves as a sample for other counterparts in this field.
