| Today, the rate of entrepreneurial failure is also very high, but the contemporary research on entrepreneurial failure pay more attention to enterprise’s survival and success, until recent years the researchers begin take into account the importance of failure. On the basis of combing the relevant literature, this research analyzes the current situation and reasons of the domestic business failure. And based on the Chinese cultural background, we analyze the influence of face pressure on entrepreneurs’ achievement goal-oriented.This study uses scenario experiments and questionnaire survey to analyze issues related to business failure, then we investigatate issues of stocks failure and failure in love. Through more than 600 students were investigated, using confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, get the following conclusions:First, entrepreneurial failure and stocks failure to the one dimension of achievement goal orientation-performance goal orientation has a significant positive effect; entrepreneurial failure, stocks failure and failure in love has a significant negative effect on another dimension- the learning objectives.Second, in entrepreneurial failure situation, all two dimensions of face pressure have intermediary effect between entrepreneurship failure and performance goal orientation, the intermediary effect to learning goal orientation was not significant. In stocks failure situation, the two dimensions of face pressure have significant mediating role between the stocks failure and performance goal orientation; one dimension of face pressure- want to face in the stocks failure and learning goal orientation play an intermediary role, the mediation effect of afraid of face has no significant. In circumstances of failed love,the two dimensions of face pressure have a significant mediation effect between failure in love and achievement goal orientation, learning goals orientation respectively. |
