The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Failure On Learning From Entrepreneurial Failure

Today, Chinese society encourage people to enter entrepreneurship, so people have more passion on entrepreneurship and innovation. More and more people are engaged in entrepreneurial activities, but what entrepreneurial enthusiasm contrasted with is that the high failure rates of entrepreneur-ship. How to learn a lesson from the failure is an urgent issue at present. Previous research has focused on the impacts of failures in psychology, social and physical of entrepreneurs, but how people learn from the consequences and the role the emotions play in is lack of empirical research. This research is based on literature, aimed at explore the influence of entrepreneurial failure on learning from Entrepreneurial failure, while further discuss the mediating effect of guilt, further rich the theory of business failure, learn from failure guilt, and provide new thoughts for the future research. Also enhancing the capacity of entrepreneurs to cope with the failure, and upgrade venture education and promote the venture practice, to maintain socio-economic stability and development.The research based on a sample of 179 entrepreneurs who have experienced entrepreneurial failure, which mainly used the methods of questionnaire survey. After check the reliability analysis of questionnaires, the research used SPSS 19.0 and Amos22.0 to analyze the sample data,descriptive analysis, analysis of variance, and regression analysis are included, and the conclusions are:Firstly entrepreneurial failure cost has a positive prediction function to learning from entrepreneurial failure.Secondly, Psychological costs of failure has a positive prediction function to learning from entrepreneurial failure.Thirdly, guilt play a mediating role in relations between entrepreneurial failure cost and learning from entrepreneurial failure.Fourthly, guilt play a mediating role in relations between Psychological costs of failure and learning from entrepreneurial failure.
