Today, enterprises have become the pillar of the national economy, but the management level of the domestic enterprise is still lagging behind the speed of business development. Although there have been a variety of management thought in the world, but there are many difficulties that the domestic enterprises faced with in the management methods. The most important one point is that the foreign management idea not acclimatized with the cultural background, laws, regulations, quality of personnel and social environment. Besides, in the case of increasing private enterprise, the private owners pay more attention to the spiritual beliefs, and these beliefs were also involved in the management of enterprise. So, the society began to face and to explore the relationship between religious thought and management. In addition, The ancient Chinese literature research led the people to ponder and study of traditional culture, in the background, the Buddhism began involvement to the business management.This paper expounds the concept and method of management in Buddhism thought, and also systematically studies the Buddhism management system and management process. Through the comparison of management methods in the Buddhism thought and practical management, it obtains that the management ideas and methods contained in the Buddhism thought are completely adapted to modern enterprise management. The author takes M enterprise management as a case, and analysis the existing problems and failure in the management. And there are three aspects of the problem that to be summarized, respectively is: the problem on how to manage the employees, the problem of the coordination and cooperation between the various departments, the problem on how to establish the image on the specific management. The author try to constitute management methods with the "Six Harmonies" spirit, the "six paramita" spirit and the "four immeasurables" spirit. In this paper, the "Six Harmonies" spirit is used to solve the problem on how to manage the employees, the "six paramita" spirit is used to solve the problem of the coordination and cooperation between the various departments, the "four immeasurables" spirit is used to solve the problem on how to establish the image on the specific management. Thus use the Buddhism thought in the management idea to build a new model of enterprise management, emphasis on the construction of enterprise team, unify the enterprise development and the staff development, reestablish enterprise corporate image. Through the use of the management mode of the Buddhism thought in the enterprise, the economic efficiency of enterprises is improved, the management problems of the enterprise is solved, the organizational structure is strengthened, the core competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises are strengthened too, the team building of enterprises is made to further optimize, the common development of enterprises and employees is realized, and the enterprise’s win-win economic and social benefits are to be achieve.In this paper, author links theory with practice, Based on the M enterprise management, the theory and the case are researched. Hope that through this article can provide some practical theoretical foundation for the practice of Buddhist thought of management and development of M Enterprises.
