In a long time, the discussion of the relationship between "reason", "nature" and "spirit" in confucian school of idealist philosophy is focused on the issue of which is the determinate factor of "reason"(nature) and "spirit". This is one aspect of the problem. The thinkers of ancient China, including those of the study of confucian school of idealist philosophy, studied knowledge to apply their theories into the politics. Thus, the traditional philosophy has a function of politics and ethics. Because of this, the study of confucian school of idealist philosophy is complicated. It not only stresses that "reason" (nature) is the determinate and "spirit" is the secondary, that is, the relationship of "the first" and "the end", but also, which is more important, is concerned with the question: how does "reason"(nature) create the world? This question is of the relationship between "the foundation" and "the effect". One of the important issues is the theory of world creation and the theory of "the nature with spirit". Therefore, "the nature with spirit" is a key issue of Chinese confucian school of idealist philosophy.Zhoudunyi, Zhangzai and Chenghao Chengyi are the important figures in the development of confucian school of idealist philosophy. Their contribution to the confucian school of idealist philosophy is in the question of 'Hhe nature with spirit".Zhoudunyi, the founder of confucian school of idealist philosophy, in his book "On Tai Ji", firstly integrated "heart and nature" of Meng's ,the traditional theory of "yin yang wu xing" and the chart of Taoism systematically. He also proposed the new world creation theory and the knowledge on"Ge zheng xing ming". Zhang Zai, the founder of the study of "guan", developed the confucian school of idealist philosophy of Song Dynasty. He talks about the world creation theory of Qihualiuxing and the idea that "spirit" always keeps up with "nature". The two Cheng brothers, who were in the same time of Zhang Zai, created the new theoretical system of Confucianism— confucian school of idealist philosophy, basing on the theory of Zhoudunyi and Zhangzai.They not only emphasized "reason" but also think highly of "spirit". In their eyes, "spirit" has an important effect on "reason"(nature). In this paper, the important value and significance of theory "the nature with spirit" in the study of confucian school of idealist philosophy are discussed from the perspective of the world and the world creation theory.
