Because of its abstract syntax preposition meaning and flexible usage and become a foreign language teaching in a difficulty. Among them, the "with" and "by", "right" and "For", "North Korea, to, to, on the" three groups preposition both in meaning and usage differences, there are cross, quite complex. But at the moment of the comparative study of three groups of preposition is not very comprehensive, part of teaching Chinese to the interpretation of them is not very detailed, so, this text set about from the systemic and consistency of their research. In order to help students better grasp of the three groups of prepositions, on the basis of existing research, this paper described by using interpretation, comparative analysis with the combination of research methods, from the syntactic, semantic and pragmatic analysis, and through the comparative analysis to find out the similarities and differences, in order to reveal the grammatical meaning of the preposition. But also found that they caused by meaning and usage of the close interaction between misuse, this becomes the biggest problem. The author thinks that in the Chinese teaching should strengthen the contrast, to cultivate the students’ language sense. Finally, some of the problems of teaching materials and teaching methods currently exist, we propose a phased according meanings teaching, teaching strategies and focus on the links between the various stages.
