Study On The Development Planning Of Design Industry In Wuzhong District,Su Zhou

With the global upsurge of creative economy, the importance of the design industry as the core of the creative industries in its development has been raised to the national strategic level. Early in the last century, developed countries have proposed the policy of design statehood. In the 21 st century, with the idea "design building" in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other places, design industry with its powerful ability to integrate resources and of creativity has attracted more and more attention at home and abroad. The development of design industry has become an important part to upgrade and enhance the quality of the city. In 2014, Suzhou became the eighth "crafts and folk art capital" theme city in the global Creative Network Cities. In that context, Wuzhong District, in Suzhou City, with deep historical and cultural heritage and unique landscape resources, should seize the opportunity and learn experience from other countries combing with its own characteristics, aim at locating and develop design industry.In this paper, Wuzhong District design industry as the research object, we make a scientific and systematic plan about Wuzhong District’s design industry development.We systematically analyze the development status and problems in Wuzhong District’s design industry. Study the special requirements of the design industry; Construct the Wuzhong District’s design industry development planning system. Make top-level strategy planning design, including positioning and target, design industry value chain research, business model and design industry formats research. Select Craft Design, Industrial Design, Animation Design, Digital Publishing Industry, Advertising Design, and Exhibition Design as the key industries. Introduce the city’s creative space concept; make the plan of designing industry space layout structure: “two belts, four areas, more points”. Building design industry ecosystem, putting forward countermeasures to ensure healthy functioning from the policy environment, investment and financing environment, human environment, creative environment and market environment protection.
