"Guanzi" is one of the most far-reaching works among the theories of Pre-Qin scholars, the contents of which are complex, broad and profound, covering various fields of Chinese ancient philosophy, economy, politics, agriculture, military, legal system and education, etc., which takes a very important position in the development of academic thoughts from Spring and Autumn and Warring States to Qin and Han dynasty. The outlook on nature in "Guanzi" covers a lot of thoughts, mainly the outlook of "God does not change it often", "Yinyang Wuxing theory" and the simple materialism principle. The outlook on nature in "Guanzi" is embodied in different natural science, such as agriculture, water conservancy, calendar and medicine, which makes it an important part of the natural science. The ecological ethics represented in "Guanzi" is not only positive at that time, but also plays an important guiding significance in alleviating the ecological crisis of the contemporary society. The ecological ethics thoughts mainly consist of appropriate farming, ecological protection and "harmony of Man and Nature", which is not produced unfounded. The causes can be divided into two aspects:natural environment and social thoughts. The appearance of ecological crisis has become the important cause of the "ecological ethics thoughts" in "Guanzi", which belongs to the aspect of natural environment. The philosophy of "being harmony with nature" in Pre-Qin time is the ideological basis, which belongs to the aspect of social thoughts. The ecological ethics thoughts in "Guanzi" have following four enlightenments for the present ecological crisis relief, and the building of harmonious society:first, regression to the relationship between man and heaven. Second, harmonizing man and nature. Third, sustainable development. Four, build the "five in one".
